[CTSARA] Digital "Weak Signal" FM -Anybody want to try?

In the most recent QST, the Field Day issue, in the article about a
radio to soundcard interface, there was a sidebar on digital "weak
signal" FM, specifically the DominoEX keyboard-to-keyboard modes.  I
was wondering if anyone would be interested in trying this out?

I see three possibly interesting projects in this: building a kit
soundcard interface, antenna building (the sidebar suggest a
horizontally polarized antenna, and the actual DominoEX exchange.
Some of the articles I've read, tout this as a way to get Techs into
DX.  I think they say, if the band can be used fro SSB phone then it
can also be used for digital weak signal FM.

Thoughts?
