[CTSARA] KA1BVE plus repeater update

Today Terry came over to test out the 20 Meter antenna for field day.  We used my new air cannon and launched the antenna up into the trees on my property.  One of my air cannon shots went across the street to a neighbor who was cutting their lawn.  This was a neighbor that decided last year to blow his leaves onto my property without my permission.  I very nicely asked him if he had seen my tennis ball.  He pointed to it and I recovered it to set up for another shot, of course this time Terry made me shoot the opposite direction so as not to hit another neighbor. Darn that was fun.




Repeater project report progress was made last week and over the weekend Curt has the 440 machine and the 2 meter radio are repeaters now.  We have just a little more testing to do.  I have ordered the cables and hopefully they will be here when I return back from Fl where I will be for several days. Then just a bit more familiarity with me and the controller program so that I am comfortable in operating the repeaters along with a go ahead from the city and we should be up and running.
