[CTSARA] SARA Newsletter volunteers

Getting a newsletter together would be really cool. The hard part would be
finding people who are willing to write one.
I will be home for the whole summer but will be working close to full time
so im not sure how much i will be able to help out. But i will try my best
to write something for it.
