[CTSARA] Urban Hilltopping

You might want to get yourself a topographic map of the local area.  I think you can get one at EMS on High Ridge Rd, or you can get the official USGS map online at their site.

Looking at the Pound Ridge Quadrangle, there are a number of 600' elevation points up around Pound Ridge, Trinity Lake, Bedford, and Ward Pound Ridge Reservation.

Also, what about West Rock in New Haven?  I know that it's part of a public park and I think there is a road up to the top.

The ARRL books go on about the joys of hilltopping for VHF and higher
enthusiast.  Slight problem, there aren't many "hills" in Fairfield
county.  I don't mind long drives, but my car might.

So my question to everybody is, what high spots are available for hams
to use?  I was thinking the roof of the Stamford Town Center parking
lot.  Anyone know anybody at Trump Parc?

Thanks adn 73,
