Hi All....
Following discussions with some members, I suggest the following:

Welfare facilities be provided in the barn i.e. cooking and dining facilities and sleeping facilities.
Bring camp bed or inflatable mattress and sleeping bag.

We will provide centralised grub for the two days and the cost should be around 10 euro per person.

I suggest we house the station in a tent adjacent to the barn for convenience.
Its 200/250m from the barn to the beach area. Bear in mind the average age!!!
Anyone wanting to operate a second station could set up at the waters edge.

I will liaise with Tim on the cooking/dining arrangements and we will agree and execute a shopping list.
Anyone with special food needs, please make contact.
Please bring your own delph and cutlery.
