I wanted confirmation from the Radio Amateur Callbook that 2003 would be
their last publication of call signs, I went to their web site and saw
nothing mentioning that, so I emailed them and asked if it is true 2003
will be the last of the Radio Amateur Callbook and here is their reply:

Yes, the 2003 Winter edition of the Radio Amateur Callbook on CD-ROM due
out in November will be out last.
