[Collins] Hookup of 30S1 to 220 Vac

I Am having difficulty hooking my 30S1 to 220 Vac. My 30S1 has five heavy wires in the AC compartment cable that supplies 220 volts to the power transformer.
I have the manual for the 30S1 and five wires and cannot understand the hookup for five wires to the power strip. I am not sure what to do with the TWO other wires.Do I need to attach more than one to some of the terminals on the terminal strip.
PLEASE assist me with interpreting the power connections of the five wires to the power input terminal strip.
