[Collins] Connecting 220 volt service to VERY OLD Collins 30S1 serial # 260

Will someone please assist me with connection of the three conductor cable as 220 VAC power service to my 30S1 amplifier.
I removed the power cable several months ago and now need to replace it. Since the removal of the power the cable, I suffered a serious closed head injury and cannot remember where to connect the three conductors to the barrier strip to supply 220 VAC.
Your kind assistance will be greatly appreciated!!!
