[Collins] Need Screw for 312B-2

My KWM-1 312B-2 console is missing one of the screws that holds the BNC
assembly to the top of the cabinet.  It is a 4-40 screw, 2 1/4 in long with
a tapered head.  I've looked at several of the key sources with no luck.
Any suggestions from the Collins experts?
