[Collins] 30L1 will not key up

 Hello all,
This is my first time posting so I hope you all will go easy on me. I have a 30L1 I bought at a hamfest.  This amp is in excellent condition, and did key up and putting out great power, however; within about 30 minutes of operating it just stopped. I don't hear the relay kicking in when I key up my 32S-3. Here is what I've done at this point;1. Cleaned the contacts of the relay.2. Checked voltage from the transformer.3. Checked the active components (bypass Cap's).
All seems to check out. It's just has me scratching my head. Any suggestions would be great.
