KK5IM's history says when Art started building to sell, they were living 
at 1620 6th Ave SE in Cedar Rapids. In 1933 operations were moved to 
rented space at 2920 First Avenue. QSL's from earlier years show the 514 
Fairview Drive address. The late 40s QSL card has an address of 34th and 
Cottage Grove. KK5IM says that location was maintained after Art moved 
to Dallas. I've read other histories but this is the only one that I 
found on my library shelves this evening.

I wouldn't be surprised he lived several other places as finances 
allowed owning a fancier house.
