[Collins] [Boatanchors] Buy Art Collins old house to keep your Collins radiocollection in! check it

I am told that according to the "FIRST 50 YEARS OF COLLINS RADIO (publisher Rockwell collins)" and the 75 year version of that book, both have Art and Peggy Collins living on 6th Ave in Cedar Rapids at the time he started the company.

I don't own those books (soon to be rectified) can anyone confirm this is what the book says?

Ed, et al, this is NOT Art Collins former residence.  Who authenticated this information?

He lived at 1725 Gande Avenue, Cedar Rapids.

There are pictures of his residences taken by Dennis Day who lives in CR and was the a former director of engineering of Collins Radio.
Dennis was kind enough to take recent pictures of Mr. Collins former homes while he lived in Cedar Rapids and were in the Collins Journal for the March-April 2010 issue.
