I buy mine in various quantity  lots from surplus dealers on Fleabay and 
elsewhere, various brands and sources but all commercial or better quality.

Sometimes you can get great deals on oddball values such as .012, .055, etc 
which are fine for any repair using .01, .047/.05, etc.
