[Collins] 75A4 meter scale

Hi Bill,

Yes, you probably have the red checkered meter scale.  They fade 
terribly under the wrong conditions (like exposure to the sun).
Mark - KE9PQ only handles one of the three meter scales that the 75A-4 
came with over the years.
His style is probably the most often seen scale used (on other Collins 
models also).
Mark's scales do look nice.  Hopefully the meter scale you have will be 
reproduced in the future.
