[Collins] KWS-1 lock again

Often that style of lock has two flats on the body so it won't rotate in
the matching hole. And the lock is held with a thin nut, similar to but
larger than the ring nut on a 15/32" toggle switch. I'd guess the hole
has been rounded out and the nut is loose, but I've not been into the
KWS-1 hardware so I could be wrong. Sometimes the flatted hole is in a
bolted on piece of metal thicker than the metal panel.
