[Collins] KWS-1 lock again

I looked at my key...which is in the lock....and when I rotated the key, was
surprised to find the whole lock assembly rotated.  The key comes out
easily...and when the lock body is held from the back side, the key will
rotate, locking the body.  Now I have to figure out what broke and allows
the body to rotate in the hole.  

FWIW, my key is a Rockford made by National Lock Co , Rockford, Ill.

There are many solutions to that simple problem.
