[Collins] 32V-1, V2 TVI kit Again

Looking at Rod's 32V survey, there were two different transmitter part 
numbers for early and late 32V-1 and same for 32V-2 as if there was a 
significant redesign at about 1/3 of the production numbers.

In KK5IM's book Pictorial History the only front panel differences seem 
to be that the V-1 had a pilot light for filaments and the later two had 
a tune-operate switch in that position SW of the PTO knob.

I can't tell if there were extra screws through the panels though. There 
aren't any obvious in those pictures.
