[Collins] 32V-1, V2 TVI kit

Checking the ARRL index, the only mention of a 32V was a mod for 160. In
the article it mentions some with more shielding and that his mod
wouldn't fit so easily.

Looking at the V-1,2, and 3 schematics. I see the 2 has a Pi-L output
network for lower TVI but no bypassing of controls and power line. The 3
has the Pi-L and chokes and bypasses at the meter and the AC line in and
relay outputs.

I looked for service bulletins and there was one that commented about
harmonics through the coax connector and suggested changing the taps on
the L part of the Pi-L network.

A factory SB would have tended to have accompanied a TVI kit. Like the
extra crystal board kit for S-line and KWM-2.

Different editions of manuals for the same transmitter might also
mention TVI changes, but I only can find one edition each on line.

I'd think there was a kit, but I can't prove it and I didn't care in
those days.
