[Collins] problems with kws-1 tx audio

[Dr. Gerald N. Johnson]

Check pin 8. If the jaws of pin 1 aren't making contact to the rotor pin 
8 will only be grounded with the test key. Pin 8 should be grounded all 
the time in SSB, the cals, and AM positions.
