[Collins] problems with kws-1 tx audio

Fern's problem was no audio on SSB with PTT, but audio if the test key
was pushed. In the schematic I looked at, the last audio stage cathode
is switched alone, and that should be adequate to kill off audio on CW
and tune. Makes me think the ground circuit to the audio stage isn't
working as it should but gets a sneak circuit through the wires that are
supposed to kill the VOX on other modes that are grounded by the test
switch.
