[Collins] exciter tuning assembly for a Collins KWM2A

I have replaced the grease in a few of my S-line units.  One unit was 
apparently used a lot after the lubrication stopped working and the arm 
which rides in the shaft spiral groove ate the metal away within the spiral 
groove.  I had to replace the shaft with a new one.  That taught me a 
lesson.  The grease does more then just make the knob turn easily.  It also 
protects the shaft machining.
