[Collins] exciter tuning assembly for a Collins KWM2A

Could be wear, could be that the sliding parts like slugs in coils are 
dragging more than it was designed for. The sliding friction should be 
very small. Perhaps a smear of white lithium grease where the metal 
parts rub sliding up and down will reduce that friction. Possibly the 
end load on the vernier bearings needs to be increased by slightly 
moving parts.

I don't have my S-line unboxed conveniently to check so I can't look at 
those details right now.
