In an alternative, I'm also thinking about refinishing the cabinet and front panel with John Deere green with Yellow lettering to match the tractor company's colors. I'm bored with the staid company St. James Gray or black wrinkle that I've seen so (yawn) many many many times before. I guess I'm looking for some excitement in the ol' shack.

The 51J-3 I have uses the relatively modern off white Collins panel, not
wrinkled, with black lettering (in the engravings) and has a 1" meatball
in place of the name tag. I don't know if it was done at Collins or by
the previous owner. I know he did the product detector and agc mods.
