[Collins] Replacement RCA connector

I have the best of both. I have not done this with a 30L-1, so I do not know if there are any hidden challenges. When I have to change a cracked antenna connector on a 32S-3 I put a BNC on. The hole pattern on the original Switchcraft ceramic insert jacks is a perfect match for a diagonally mounted UG-290A/U BNC. This is a square flange mount configuration, e.g. Amphenol RF P/N 031-203. I just cut 2 of the flanges off, file the cut flange edges a bit, so they are pretty and bolt them right in. No modifications or "hogging" required to the Collins chassis. However, I do keep original replacement ceramic RCAs (yep, purchased from SSN) on hand. That way, if I decide to get rid of one I can offer it either way.
