There is a Belden number for the power cord, if its the one I think it
is. Three round pins, not quite in line and the shell is about 1/2"
high, maybe 1-1/4" wide with rounded ends. Used for many pieces of HP
test equipment. Failing to find one, it is often practical to convert to
the universal computer power connector or to hardwire a cord after
removing that plug and replacing it with a plate having a grommeted hole
or even using a plastic squeeze type cord anchor. There has been much
medical equipment that used that cord too. I found the numbers in an
Allied Electronics catalog. Belden 17952 or 17280. They have different
internal color codes and polarization. Most of the time either one works
though the wrong one will put the power switch in the neutral instead of
the hot line. These have the US power plug, I don't know what it takes
in EI.

A fairly recent Mouser catalog I have here says they export to over 100
countries. Says go to www.mouser.com/terms for details and restrictions.
This catalog says international sales for Europe have an e-mail address
of eusales at mouser.com
