[Collins] 30L1 Front panel overlay

Hi Guys,
Once again I am looking for help.
I am in need of a 30L-1 Front panel overlay.Also require the cabinet lid for same or a complete cabinet.
Have just got a Hp 410C but it has neither the A/C probe or the power connector,
If anybody has any of these items or knows of a source,  I would appreciate hearing from them.
By the way does Mouser export? I have requested a catalogue on several occasions but heard nothing back.
