Thanks for all the ideas guys- much appreciated.
 Jerry's McMasterCarr link looks the most promising but I need to 
measure the old strip up properly and see what they have that is 
closest. Will report progress. I am assuming at this stage I wont have 
any problem ordering direct from there if I want to, but need to check 
that out.
