Gray color is the hard part. McMaster-Carr (www.mcmaster.com) has black
in neoprene 8507K63, SBR 8510K12. But they show gray nonconductive SBR
9279K12 and my catalog says $7.73 for 2.5 feet. I don't know what there
is in your part of the world.
