[Collins] 399B-5 crystal osc adapter

OK- Tks for comments Jerry. - And Dave, the CRA has no specific info 
on where it was mounted- just a pic of the unit-same as per WA3KEY.
It was fairly obviously a plugin replacement for the 312B-5, in so far 
as it must have used the VFO power connector.  But it would have to be 
mounted clear of the noise blanker on the lid and there's not a lot of 
room on there to put anything else with the 136B-2 in place. I have 
had a direct email that suggested it may have been mounted on the side 
of the PA cage - which seems likely-can anyone else confirm this? A 
photo of one in place would be great-I thought maybe the installation 
instructions may have had one.
