[Collins] 75A-2/A-3 cabinet?

Eugene -

Yes, the 75A-3 cabinet will fit your 51J-4. The rear opening isn't as
high as on a "real" J-4 cabinet, and the two studs that hold on the top
cover of the J-4 will interfere with the back panel. You can either
drill a couple of small holes to clear them or cut them off. You don't
use the rack mount top cover in the cabinet anyway. Other than that,
the J-4 fits fine.

There is a Sherwin-Williams paint formula that's been floating around
for years to match the color of the St. James Gray. It's in the
archives of either this or the Collins Collector reflector. The larger
S-W stores can put the mixed paint into a spray can, which will probably
do a better job than an air brush for something the size of a cabinet.
The "overspray" is just a light, minimal coating so as not to "fill in"
the wrinkle finish. The key, as with all paint jobs, is that the
cabinet MUST be clean and dry.

Or does one need special airbrush equipment or powder coating equipment (if so, I'll forgoe the overspray). Has anyone gotten good results with a spray can?
