    Sorry to say that it will not fit the 51J-4.  and to show you my 
heart is  in the right place I'll buy it from you  for My 51J4 and I'll 
take the chance.

Seriously, it looks good since cannnot measure the overhead, but the J4 
is not that tall, so looks like you might have a bit of room.  
NIce, especially since yuo have a flip top and space in rear for cables 
to go in-out

Now you have to decide if you want the front space at the top or the 
bottom.

What are the distances between the holes in the 19" rack, anyone?
