[Collins] 75A-4 Dial Spline Lock Nuts

Jim,

Here is what I do:

Take an extra bristol wrench and heat up with a torch until if is very 
hot.  Insert hot tool into set screw and hold for a few moments.  Pull 
hot wrench out and insert cold (normal) bristol wrench and it should now 
come loose.  The heat will loosen the Glyptol.  If it doesn't work, 
repeat.  Be very careful not to bump the dial or other items that may melt.
