If the cover isn't yellow, it isn't the YELLOW BOOK. There could have
been a gray book. My Yellow Book has a 1959 date on it. 2nd edition, CPN
597 0331 00, 1 September 1959. It has dates 1957, 1958, and 1959 in the
bottom of the title page. It has xiv pages of index. Chapter 1 has 20
pages, chapter 2 has 16 pages, chapter 3 has 10 pages (the last one
blank), chapter 4 has 8 pages, chapter 5 has 20 pages (the last one
blank), chapter 6 has 9 pages (the last one blank), chapter seven begins
with page 7-0 and ends at page 7-20. Chapter 8 has 18 pages, chapter 9
has 18 pages, then a blank page and chapter ten begins with 10-0 and
runs to 10-20. Chapter 11 has about 76 pages (fold outs are numbered as
two pages sometimes), chapter 12 has 10 pages and chapter 13 has 41 page
numbers and includes block diagrams and schematics for KWM-1, KWM-2,
32S-1, 75S-1, 30S-1, 516F-2, 312B-4, 136A-1, 302C-1 (where the meter
sensitivity should be 200 microamps, not 290 microamps), 516E-1, and
516E-2. Nearly 300 pages.

Its not for sale or otherwise available. I use it regularly to answer
questions about these pieces of equipment.
