[Collins] Yellow book - various editions

Thanks Tom & others

 I believe it must be a severely cut down version of the yellow book 
because of the difference in number of pages-else its quite different 
altogether? Yellow has approx 270 (2nd edit, 1959) and Stu said the 
small gray one has 137 pages.
