[Collins] Yellow book - various editions

Have had a Collins big yellow book (Fundamentals of SSB) for some 
years- very useful addition to the library.
 Mine is a 2nd edition, 1959 and not in marvellous order after all 
this time. I'm working through an estate at present and came across a 
3rd edition, 1960 that was in almost pristine condition so was 
considering swapping mine for the new one but discovered (almost by 
accident) that the 3rd edition dropped the last chapter, chapter 
13-the one on amateur SSB equipment.
 Were there any later editions and did the missing chapter 13 ever 
come back?
