[Collins] KWM-2 Dial Problem

There are two layers to the dial. One layer is driven by the shaft with a set screw (Bristol) colar, the other is driven by an idler gear. The two dials have a different number of teeth so the numbers move over to show the right numbers in the second revolution of the main shaft. The setscrew can be loose or the idler (its running on a bolt in a slotted hole for adjustment of the mesh) can have slide out.
Or the knob can be loose on the shaft. All are Bristol spline set screws. I posted a list for R390, R388, and S-line a year or so ago, should still be in the archives. I get them from McMaster-Carr. www.mcmaster.com. Few local hardware stores ever heard of them. I also have a set of Xcelite Bristol spline wrenches.
