[Collins] Fw: R-388 dial

I got them from McMaster-Carr, www.mcmaster.com. I have a list at home, but I'm not there. May be there by next week end. There might be a list from me in the archives from last year. They cost less than a buck each from McMaster, but there are hams who advertise sets for a higher price.
