Thank you to everyone who replied to my request.
I now have sufficent information to start construction
of a power supply test bed. Looking forward to see how
Tom, K4NCG, does it.
Cheers,

Ian:
I'd use some wirewound resistors to load each of the
outputs.
For the HV supply load it with about ~ 2800 ohms at
200 watts. This can be three 1000 ohm 100 watt
resistors in series. This assumes 700 volts at 0.250A
For the LV supply load it with ~1500 ohms at 75 watts.
This can be three 500 ohm 25 watt resistors in
series. This assumes 275 volts at 0.175A
The bias supply should be adjustable and no load
required. It should be -50 to -80 volts.
The heater supply should be 6.0 to 6.5 VAC with no
load.

Ian,
I've never heard of one. I just used a bunch of
fixed power resistors to load both the HV and LV
outputs when I was putting one through its paces a
while back. I had 3448 ohms at about 200 watts on the
HV and 1430 ohms at 75 watts on the LV. For the
details I have them on my website at:
www.qsl.net/kh6grt/page4/powersupply/powersupply.htm
I still use those resistors whenever I recap one of
the supplies for Friends and fire it up before giving
it back.
Good luck.

Ian you can build one... I'm building one myself as I
write this... it's in the final stages and if you are
interested in the plans I'll share with you and some
photos. 73 Tom K4NCG
