I've also re-capped my R-390A using the procedure on Walt's site.
However, the capacitor can in the 75S-1 (if it is the same size as the
75S-3B) is too small to fit the replacement capacitors.
Antique Radio supply www.tubesandmore.com  sells a NEW, not NOS,
replacement capacitor.
