[Collins] 516F-2 CR1 and all caps replaced today

R7 is still frying every time.  I check all of the resistors and caps.  AC
line voltage is 120vac and 60hz on the scope.  I replaced CR1 with a 1n4007
and the cathode band is facing away from R7.  Is that the wrong way?  I
understand that the current flow in a diode symbol points towards the band
and that is current flow.  Am I correct?  For some reason I am doubting that
I got it right and may need to reverse CR1.
