Hi gang, I pulled the selenium diode and checked it....it's still good.  I
also tested C6 and it is definitely out of range.  Should I still replace
the diodes in my power supplies or just do the caps?  Decisions, decisions!
I like the idea of not worrying about the diode flaking out in the future,
so I'm leaning towards replacing them all.  By the way, I found several
1N4007's in a bag of parts I bought for another project some time ago so I
am going with the proposed diode.
