I was having a problem with my 62S-1 oscillating on 6M transmit.
Some on the reflector suggested checking all the mechanical connections in
the exciter module.

I removed the module (not a trivial task) and checked, tightened, cleaned
all the mechanical connections.
Voila!!! it has been running for several hours and seems completely
stable......
Thanks for the tips!!!

While the module was out of the main chassis I changed the "pigtail" output
from the amplifier.  This a short piece of coax with an RCA plug on one end
and a pigtail to the T/R relay.
It was melted and was intermittent.  I replaced it with a piece of Teflon
coax........
