[Collins] S line power requirements Help???

My handy 32S-3 manual says 230 ma at 800 volts (what you see on the plate 
current meter) and 190 ma at 275 volts. Heater current is lower than for the 
KWM-2,  6.3 volts at 6.0 amps or 12 volts at 3 amps or 24 volts at 1.5 amps.

The bias voltage needs to be adjustable over that range (-55 to -80 volts) to set 
the idling current of the PA for best linearity.
