[Collins] QSK with S-Line?

Hi Cory,

Gayle Lawson, K0FLY, has a nice circuit that switches things on and off in
the correct sequence for QSK operation of the Collins S-Line.  I have his
write-up in a Word document.  Contact me off-list if you'd like a copy.
