That was Centralab. I may still have some of those boxes, and some in my
dad's stuff I've been hauling this fall.

I actually found it doing a google search on the Collins part number.
Got four hits, two at Surplus Sales, and two referencing the parts at
Surplus Sales from 2002 with the same $19 price.

I've not dealt with them other that at a hamfest so I can't vouch for
their shipping.
