[Collins] mmf and uf

Hi,

The error of my ways having been pointed out to me, and I can only plead 
senility, I've looked out some old circuits and it's quite plain from the 
values that mmf was used to refer to pf and not uf.

I guess consistency, as in mA, was not considered important in those long 
ago days. By the sound of things, some of you guys were oldies when I was 
in short pants and I thought I was old    ;)
