Although there are 0.5 pf capacitors available, you
can take two 1.0 pf capacitors and put them in series.
This will give you the equivalent of 0.5 pf.
Remember that you can use any higher voltage rated
capacitors, just shouldn't use any lower voltage rated
capacitors. Also, when you series capacitors you
increase the voltage rating of the entire package by
the sum of the voltages of the capacitors.
1.0 pf capacitors in voltages from 50 volts to at
least 500 volts are available from several sources
including Mouser ( http://www.mouser.com ).
