Thanks for the responses on the three part capacitor - it is uf.  I took up the suggestion to look on the Tubes and More web page.  

I found everything, except 2 things.  First, C-52, a 4 pf @ 500V mica (one of the seve deadly caps).  

Secondly, C-124 - this one is a bit confusing.  One end goes to ground (It sits right next to the 50 mf, 150 v caps), the other end goes to pin 6 of V22 - the book says it is a .5 mmf, or, I guess, .5 pf @ 200 V - I could not find a capacitor of this rating.  Tom W6EIJ
