[Collins] Looking for Collins PTO 70E-15 alignment and "restoration technical notes

Thanks to Garey, K4OAH, in Atlanta, I think I'm looking for a copy of an
article in the Ham Radio Magazine for December, 1969.  "New Life for the
Collins 51J Receiver VFO" by Bill Orr, W6SAI
What I need is the description of the removal of a half turn from the coil.
Does anyone have back copies that they would be willing to copy the article
from, please.
I'm good for any costs and postage.
