[Collins] Grounding attachments S-1 line

I couldn't remember whether all had that center hole. Sure enough, my
32S-1 doesn't, while my 75S-3B does. So the best ground still is the
good Switchcraft phono plug into a little used jack, such as one of the
PA screen disconnect jacks. Braid to the shield side of the plug only.
Japanese phono plugs are hard to solder to (nickle plated) and tend to
work loose far more rapidly than Switchcraft plugs.
